As an enthusiastic hotelier and passionate about treating people, this job opportunity is a motivating challenge for me to start my development in French culture. I am particularly attracted by positions related to customer service.
Over the last 10 years I have worked in hotel and restaurant industries. My career began in the restaurant industry within food and beverage department, I was in charge of leading service by taking orders and registered on system. Afterwards, I have the opportunity to get more responsibilities by leading the service and the service staff in a big restaurant-events club. In this job I performed several improvements such as implementing a software for the club management; additionally I was in charge of purchasing orders, cost and expenses management and planning staff schedule.
After this assignment I move to sales department in order to develop my skills. In this position I overachieved results, I managed to have long term stays with different companies that helped to improve profit on sales by 33%. Besides marketing on sales, I improved the positioning of the hotel by organizing different events and meetings with different customers. The experience and knowledge I acquired in the past jobs, helps me to run operations, coordinated and manage corporate and social events inside hotels.
I am sensitive to customer service, I truly believe service is highly value for the customer, therefore the most important thing is to make customer satisfied and turn him a loyal customer.
